Mine are somewhat healthy which is a step up from grazing on biscuits, chocolate, sweets and crisps 🙈 peanut butter about half a tablespoon and apple slices, yogurt with banana and strawberries, popcorn, malteasers, carrot sticks and hummus,

Frozen grapes are delicious! I sometimes put them in a bowl with the low calorie jelly powder and get a light coating on them before freezing, delicious.

Red peppers with hummus or a little soft cheese - my favourite.

cucumber with a soya/chilli oil sauce

kimchi

TwoLeftSocksWithHoles · 11/04/2024 19:36

White wine and crisps, they are both basically just fruit and veg. so must be healthy...

..in my book.

ButternutSoup · 11/04/2024 19:45

A whey protein shake with almond milk, keeps me feeling full and satisfied for quite a while. You can also put fruit in it.

NinetyNineRedBalloonsGoBy · 11/04/2024 19:47

a hard boiled egg with salt & pepper to dip it in. Only 78 calories and pure protein so will keep you full

BeretInParis · 11/04/2024 20:00

An apple cut into slices with a tablespoon of good quality nut butter.

ArcticBells · 11/04/2024 20:02

Nuts

PlasticOno · 11/04/2024 20:04

Carrot sticks or red pepper slices and hummus. Less healthily, but a good energy-giving snack when you don’t want something fruit/vegetable-y, dark chocolate rice cakes with a scrape of peanut butter. Plain Greek yoghurt with fruit and seeds. A handful of nuts.

Red peppers with hummus or a little soft cheese - my favourite.

I also like this although sometimes I go for the cream dip.

DGPP · 11/04/2024 20:10

Sweet and salty popcorn. Yes there’s some sugar but not much and there’s fibre

SallyWD · 11/04/2024 20:11

Nuts because they're very nutritious and filling.

maudelovesharold · 11/04/2024 20:11

Cashew nuts or pine nuts with blueberries or pomegranate - the actual fruit, rather than pots of pre-prepared. If you have the time, peeling a pomegranate is really satisfying and therapeutic! I also have the occasional square of very dark chocolate (70%+) with a cup of tea or coffee instead of a biscuit.

Maising · 11/04/2024 20:14

I really enjoy chopped fruit, a dollop of Greek yoghurt and a little sprinkle of granola.

Goldfishonabike · 11/04/2024 20:14

Yes to all these and also rice and corn cakes, the type we feed our kids 😂and avocado on toasted rye bread (ok maybe that’s more like and actual sandwich..) almonds, green apple always seem more delicious when sliced somehow! And if you have almond or peanut butter, that’s perfect

Greengagesummer65 · 11/04/2024 21:02

Frozen fresh blueberries. You have to buy them fresh, then freeze them, the already frozen ones are just not as nice (in my book). Pistachios, few marmite cashews, thin rye crackers and nut butter, Greek yoghurt with toasted seeds and raspberries.

BluebirdBoogie · 18/06/2024 18:27

Bliss balls. Almonds, dates, maple syrup and cocoa powder whizzed in the food processor until it forms a paste.

Roll into balls and cover with dessicated coconut.

Carrot sticks + hummous

a banana

a small piece of dark chocolate

ThePoshUns · 18/06/2024 22:16

Chopped apple and peanut butter

Pammela2 · 18/06/2024 22:16

Greek yoghurt with chopped fruit, drizzle of honey and a lotus biscuit crumbled in!

Medjool dates- destine then put some peanut butter in, melt a bit of choc and drizzle it over the top. I usually add some chia seeds too. Put in the fridge. They’re delicious but you have to try and stick to only a couple!

AstonMartha · 18/06/2024 22:19

Boiled eggs
cheese
greek yogurt
berries
apricots
watermelon
apples
kiwi
carrots
red pepper
spinach
olives
stuffed peppers (although they are very more ish)

feliciabirthgiver · 18/06/2024 22:19

@TwoLeftSocksWithHoles May I also suggest a piece of carrot cake as a way of getting additional veg into your diet? Smile

octoegg · 18/06/2024 22:23

My favourite is a tin of mandarin slices, kept in the fridge so it's wonderfully cold when you open it. I don't know how they make them taste sooo good.
