Please recommend me a car

I’m going round in circles.

I need 5 seats with a decent amount of space in the back as 2 car seats and a large boot (as in shopping and a large dog big)

No MPVs but would prefer something a bit higher up. Would consider an estate if big enough in the back!

Must be reliable as I can’t afford any more car bills. Will probably have to go PCP on something around about 10-15k so not brand new.

No land rovers as my last one bankrupt me. I also dislike Peugeot, Renaults and Citroens thanks to terrible work vehicles.

Any thoughts please?

Jaguar F pace is a great car with a big boot

VW T-Roc or T-Cross sounds right type of thing if you want to be bit higher up and space wise but haven’t had one. But wouldn’t hesitate if Which Car? says they’re good. Whatever you go for, it’s worth checking on which? what they say about the type of thing you’re after

Have had both as courtesy cars from VW - wouldn’t touch either with a barge pole. The T-cross in particular was awful, literally just felt like driving in a plasticy tin can

We’ve got a VW Tiguan and a Skoda Karoq. Both are great cars, however I prefer the Tiguan for comfort and for some reason I feel a bit sick in the Skoda. DS2 has a Seat Ateca which he loves.

Prior to my Tiguan I had a BMW 220 Active Tourer. I adored that car and I’d have another tomorrow.

Another car you may like is the VW T-Roc.
