Wise ones of Mumsnet, where shall I book for a nice family dinner for my 60th birthday next month? It’s a small group coming from different points so we would like somewhere central-ish London. Everyone eats pretty much everything, but we have one vegetarian, and my husband who would be paying for the dinner quite likes steak! I don’t want anywhere super formal or mega expensive, although appreciate that any meal out nowadays is pricey. Examples of places where we have eaten previously and loved would be the Palomar or Sheekys. It’s obviously more important to accommodate the vegetarian, my husband will be happy to eat something else so if anyone has any ideas I’d love to hear them!
