Help with excel please

I'm hoping to find a pro excel user on here to help me out! I don't know how to describe what I want to achieve well enough to google so a pointer in the right direction would be appreciated.

I hope my screenshot will explain better than I can in words but I have a load of data where I want to create a table where the cells contain a list of all the data that matches both the column and the row. I have made the one on the screenshot manually but I have about 200 pieces of data in the "real thing" so that's not really an option.

Any suggestions on how I could do this would be amazing! Thanks

Does it need to produce it in a table, like you have on the right?

If not I think a pivot table would work.

Highlight your table on the left, and click insert, then pivot table at the top of the screen.

You can then select how you want to filter and split it
