I do a lot of roast vegetables and tempeh, tuna salad, avocado and egg, maybe a pasta salad with tuna.. that sort of thing

The best thing I did for cholesterol was to reduce carbs and processed food. So meals rich in protein, healthy fats, fruit and veg.

So chicken/tuna salad with avocado and other veg, nuts, raw veg, lots of fresh fruit.

Sounds lovely. Are all of those things low cholesterol. Need to find a good site with guidance.

My Husband hated salad etc but I started getting really into it and made him Kilner jar salads with loads of chick peas, quinoa, finely chopped nuts etc for interest , tons of leaves and a healthy protein. He came round and now actually enjoys a salad for his lunch.

Homemade veg soup is really filling if you've got a microwave
