Can I take decongestant with ibuprofen

I feel so ill! Cant sleep. Blocked nose, ear infection, wheezy cough gahhhh

I have taken the ibuprofen already...

Looking at the sudafed and beylin wondering which to take next.

I'm SO tired but lying down just makes me cough and cough and I can't breathe 🙈

Don't take Sudafed - it will keep you awake.
