Has anyone else noticed that some ppl just want to be rude to other ppl on Mumsnet with their rude comments when someone posts something there really is no need for it I just don’t understand it’s happened to me several times and I reacted but it’s best to just ignore ……just saying and it makes me want to leave Mumsnet

If you think people are rude you can challenge them on the thread and, of course, report posts if you think they breach talk guidelines.

I don't think you were particularly curt, and I don't see why your reply had to be subject to policing, which is arguably unpleasant anyway.
