Baseball cap for a really large (DH) head

Just that really. DH has a really big head and has always struggled to get a hat that fits. It's coming up to holiday season again and I'm wondering if anyone has bought or seen a cap that would fit a large head! He has some but they never look quite right, still he has to wear them because he needs the protection. Most hats are S-M and M-L but we have yet to find one that really actually fits properly. Willing to spend if it's the right fit!

My dh with a big head wears New York Yankees baseball caps.

DH has the same affliction. Under Armour do an XL/XXL that fits pretty well:

Thanks he's actually tried both of those brands before and still a bit small.

I have found a company that claim to fit extra large heads! So I think we'll give this one a try. I'll report back on how good/bad it is (or if anyone has bought from them please give me your feedback, I can't find reviews on them)

We ordered a baseball cap from that Max-Cap company. We're in Ireland so it took a while to get here and cost a lot in postage but it fits perfectly! I wish it was a bit cheaper as it's not a designer brand or anything, but it is a great fit and DH is delighted
