I work for NHS,
I moved departments in January, new job isn't for me I can already see that, the department is toxic as well.
I am doing an apprenticeship, I have spoken to my tutors, they want me to speak to the retention team.
I am happy to go back to ward based work as that's what I was doing before.
Any ideas what they can do and if it's worth speaking to them?
