Had a horrible nightmare about being bitten by a bat. Woke the whole house up screaming. I have a cracked rib and the ‘bat bite’ was on the same side as the pain - I think my body is trying to make sense of the pain in my sleep. IRL it was caused by my own clumsiness - not a bat!

Not sure. Keep waking up before my alarm at the moment around 4/5am. Keep also having bizarre vivid dreams! Very annoying!

Me, had a miscarriage on Mon so head spinning.

Early train to France

No idea why I'm awake....weirdly there is a car parked right outside with people inside watching a film???
J think maybe the dog took offense at this but is now in protective mode lying as close to me a possible

I'm so sorry, it's a horrible thing to have to go through.

I'm up because I fell asleep on the sofa, then woke up too late to go to bed in case I woke DH up (he is in early). Then DD texted me worried that her Dad wasn't up. She has been recently diagnosed with ASD and ADHD and I'm pretty sure this is the real reason I am not sleeping properly.

Well, mine is pathetic compared to these. Really sorry to hear about your surgery @Spartak, best of luck for it.

I said something unbelievably stupid on Sunday and am lying here wondering what is the point of me.

I have been awake for an hour, I don't know why. No pain, no real worries just bloody well awake.

Awake since 3am again, Worrying about work. Recurring issue, always wake around the same time as well. Good old cortisol.
