How to navigate morning sickness triggered by food - when at work?

Hello

I am lucky to be able to work pretty flexibly and this involves some time in the office, some time out in the community and some time from home.

I am 8 weeks pregnant and for the last two weeks have been really nauseous and had pretty strong food aversions, to basically all food.

I do have the odd day where this is better but more often than not, I feel sick at the thought of eating. Of course I eat anyway but it’s hit and miss as to whether this triggers me.

For instance if I smell somebody else’s lunch, or eat something with a strong flavour, I feel extremely sick. I haven’t actually been sick yet but over the last couple of days I have felt very close to it.

How do I navigate this with work? Is it grounds to ask to WFH for a bit?
