Has anyone bought tickets from "Gigs and Tours"?

I'm possibly being over cautious but I just want to check they are a legitimate seller.

I've registered for the presale for a band DS wants to see. Has anyone bought tickets through them before?

I'm pretty certain I have. They are part of See tickets. Have you registered through the bands website for pre-sale? That usually takes you to their preferred ticket vendor.

I bought foo fighters tickets in Aug 2021 for June 2022. In March 2022 the drummer died and they cancelled all shows. I got an email from gigs and tours saying I will be refunded and the money went back in my account (from memory) about 10 days after they cancelled all shows. I didn't even have to ask for it

Yes, many times. They have been ok.

Yes I have. No issues.

Yes, part of See tickets as above. Got Peter Kay tickets for October. You download their "wallet app" and the e tickets show in there.

I followed a link from the band's official website so I do think I'm worrying unnecessarily 😬

Thanks everyone.

Now to make sure I'm up when the tickets go on sale...

Yes. Have bought tickets quite a few times from G&T since the 2000's.

No problem with G&T and I sometimes buy through them as they are an approved ticket seller along with Ticketmaster, AXS, Live Nation, SEE Tickets etc. If you're buying for a venue like The O2 then your booking is put through AXS anyway and you need an AXS account to buy/access your tickets or with a smaller independent then a company like G&T will manage your booking and tickets - depends on the venue and the performer. The advantage of signing up for alerts for ticket companies like G&T is that you often get early access to tickets. Live Nation recently gave me early access to 21 Pilots tickets and I got some. Hope that reassures you?

Yes I have bought tickets from them several times, they are a legitimate ticket seller.
