Help! My socktopus doesn't uncurl it's tentacles!

I can't get them to spread out like they should 😥

is it a newer one? My new one locks them in place when up. You have to pull them down.

Here we have New Soctopus on the left and Old Frankensoctopus on the right. The new tentacles click to stay up.

Aah, they were tougher to unclick than I expected them to be. Socky is now sat on the side 🤣...not sure where he's living!

I was worried about breaking them when I first got a new one!
