Positive experiences of the mini pill

Im starting the mini pill mainly to help with pms symptoms (mood related!). Anyone had good experiences of the mini pill? I can’t have anything else as I’m breastfeeding.

Just to add I’ve looked into combined pill/patch but it’s likely it will affect my milk supply

I have taken Cerazette for around 8 years now, no periods, no mood swings, I have put on weight, but I think that's more diet and lack of exercise linked! I wouldn't be without it as the convenience of no periods is amazing. No side effects that I'm aware of.

Been on it for years. No periods, no unwanted pregnancy. All good.

Hi, sorry to post on an older message but I wondered if the OP had any update? Did the mini pill help? I'm considering taking it to ease PMS as it's getting so bad.

I was on it for years. No problems, periods reduced and stopped. Didn't miss them.

I was on Cerazette for about ten years, and was very happy on it. No periods and it suited my body well. I took it from last baby, who was breast fed up until menopause.
