Phantom kicks driving me mad

The past 3 days I have been having these phantom kicks! When I first got them it was quite nice to get that sensation again but now it's driving me insane! Please someone tell me this is going to stop

IME it is wind. Try a low FODMAP food intake for a couple of days to calm it all down?

@Anon171880 I got these on and off after my son was born. It's the weirdest experience! It does eventually go away.

@TheBirdintheCave yes I've experienced it before too and I didn't mind the one off lol but it's not going and it's getting irritating now, bit like when you have an eye twitch. My youngest just turned 2 the other day as well so over 2 years post partum x
