Pins and needles

So, I'm posting this here for more replies.

I have 'patches' of pins and needles mainly over my back shoulders heart area. Started of 3 years ago with just one area, heart, really intense pins and needles, stays for a few minutes up to half an hour then goes. An area of the size of the top of a standard mug, palm of your hand size. Now it's in different areas of my back and shoulders, sometimes ankles and hips. It's every day up to 100 times a day. One area starts, then goes away, then another starts straight after and on and on.

Went to doctors a good while back and he was not interested in the slightest. Last 3 months it has really ramped up, it's just constant.

Anyone had this or can advise, I'm sick of it.

I have no experience but didn't want to not reply.
Any other symptoms or just pins and needles?
My friend has pins and needles when she is due her next B12 injection.
Another friend had pins and needles down one arm as she had a trapped nerve in her neck, but that quite localised to her arm.

I found this on the NHS website https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/pins-and-needles/
Don't panic at some of the suggested causes. There are lots of possible reasons. Maybe show your GP the website and ask to have your vitamin levels checked? You might need to keep going back to get to the bottom of it.

Pins and needles

Read about pins and needles (paraesthesia), a pricking, burning, tingling or numbing sensation that's usually felt in the arms, legs, hands or feet.

Thank you for replying. Heat in the areas on occasion. I am aware of each 'patch' if that makes sense. Like someone applying pressure or a tightness in that specific place. Then it shifts till another area. Strangest thing ever, all day every day.
