Speed van seatbelt

Can a speed cam camera see into the back seats? I wasn’t speeding but my daughter had unplugged her seatbelt and I didn’t realise until I was half way home! I pulled over and put it back on and she did have it on before I set off! But now I’m worrying that I’m going to get points and caught from the speed van? Can they see into the back?

Well, if you were not speeding then the speed camera won't activate anyway so you're worrying unnecessarily.

And yes, I'm aware that there are the new AI cameras but they are fixed not mobile and these will only see front seat driver/passenger. Any standard camera facing your vehicle will show driver and possibly front seat passenger.

No camera can see rear seat passengers.
