Universal credit and Parent pay. Help please

I have recently left emotionally abusive H and am finding navigating the financial side of things overwhelming.
I need to put in a universal credit claim as my full-time income is nowhere near enough to cover my outgoings but I am coming unstuck with proving the costs of childcare.
We use before and after school club for my 3 children and pay through parent pay.

However UC will not accept a screenshot from parent pay as proof of costs.
School won't provide a receipt/ invoice as they say that it is all handled through parent pay.
Has anyone come against a similar problem? Or does anyone have any suggestions for overcoming it.

Thank you for reading and for any help.

Bank statement showing payment to parent pay as well as the screenshot?

Parent pay give you an option to get an invoice up. Screen shot that then screen shot bank app when paid and upload both. I've not had an issue in 2 yrs this way

I've had ongoing issues with UC and Parent Pay because I pay in advance and then the school deduct money each day I use the Breakfast/After school club. So I input into the UC journal the amount used during the assessment period and screenshot the balance history for that period as evidence. The trouble with this is that the 'total' displayed on Parent Pay does not match the amount I have had deducted during the assessment period. Which means I don't get paid.

I have only sorted this by raising a complaint via the UC journal. Since then I just refer to my complaint and I receive payment.

It is beyond frustrating as I never know if I am going to get paid or not. Also despite repeated requests they have refused to tell me what information would suffice.

I really recommend raising a complaint.

I have used a screen print of the balance history along with the emailed card payment receipt for years with no issue. Just be careful to make sure you pay an amount covering the costs within the same UC period.

Thank you all for the replies.
It is all so confusing and I can't seem to work out how to submit the actual UC claim without submitting the childcare costs so am having a panic that I won't be able to pay bills with month.

Stbxh is being as difficult as he possibly can be so is making it doubly hard to access any proof that was in his name.

Are you sure you need to report the childcare and evidence when you make the claim? Can you not make the claim without childcare then add it on afterwards?

I found a way to deal with it. I am not sure that it is the simplest of ways or the only way but it is paid back every month without issue.
So, I open the payment receipt click cntl and p on my laptop and save it as a pdf
Then I filter a payment item e.g. after school club, from the day of my last payment to today. So that the period that I am paying for is.obvious.

Then I use an online pdf merger to put the two documents together so that the amount paid and the payment period are all in one doc .

As I say, I am sure that it is not the most elegant way of doing things but it works. Drop me a pm if I can help at all.
