Cooking ready meal from frozen

I have a frozen fish pie in at 180 degrees that cooks in 30 mins when not frozen, do any gastro experts know how long it should take? My partner threw away the instructions and I can't find them online!

Are you sure it can be cooked from frozen?

not many fish things can be.

Double the time, reduce the temp slightly and then stick a finger in the middle to check if piping hot. If it hurts, it's cooked! You can cook fish meals from frozen.

I cook fish pies from frozen. Just takes an extra 20 mins in the oven.
