Out of date scratch cards…can I still claim or will I just cut my losses?

I have quite a few low value win scratch cards (£2/£5etc) that I have gathered up. I took them to the retailer but some were out of date (approx £45 worth). The retailer said I could send them away and claim. I can’t see much info online for this.

Has anyone had any joy with this before?

Have no experience, but if someone asked me to gamble 5 minutes work and 75p for a stamp in the hope of getting c.£45 back, I'd certainly be giving it a go.

I think you’re right, I might just sign the back of them, send them away and hope for the best
