The ordinary hyaluronic acid 2% why is a skin flaky

I never ever get flaky skin and after using twice I'm first time using product I'm getting some dry flaky skin above eye brow??

Same here - my skin just can't tolerate it, or Tret.

But it's supposed to be a moisturiser?
