0.8 vs 0.9 FTE… which?

Thinking about how many hours I’ll want to return to work after maternity leave.

0.9 keeps most of my annual leave and means I’d be doing 8.25hrs over 4 days.

0.8 means I could drop a day entirely and do 7.5 hours a day.

£3.2k a year difference, about £150-200 a month in it.

Thoughts please?

Extra money and time - if you do 4 days you’ll still be doing the same amount of work in less hours

Thank you, I’m also thinking the pay increase is probably worth it given the day is only slightly longer
