I had a sickness bug a couple of weeks ago. Since then my normal toilet routine seems thrown off. I'd usually go once a day and had no issues with regularity.
Anyone got any suggestions for things to help restore my normal habits??
Things I'm already doing:
- drinking plenty of water
- exercise - I walk 10k steps a day and lift weights x3 per week
- eating well with plenty of fruit and vegetables
- I've started adding a tablespoon of ground flax seed to my lunch
