Please help me find a Pain Consultant

I have a few chronic pain issues, but the one that affects my life the most is horrendous nerve damage (caused by a botched laparoscopy) and severe endometriosis. For years I went to a pain clinic in Oxford where I saw a Pain consultant who tried all kinds of things including gabapentin etc. Anyway after about 2 years and many hospital admissions he eventually decided that paracetamol, codeine and oramorph was our best options. He discharged me and I went on my merry way for a few years. Very occasionally taking the oramorph when things got so bad I would have normally been admitted. This worked well for us and the hospital. Fast forward to now, and my GP has told me that I can't have the oramorph anymore and jas tries to lower my dose of codeine (I don't take it every day, just as and when) meaning that if I have a really bad attack now I either have to fo to the hospital when they give me IV morphine, or wait it out at home whilst wanting to die from the pain. This is no way to live.
I am trying to find a proper pain clinic that is run by consultants to help me again, but they all seem to be run by nurses etc which is no help to me.
Please please please does anyone know of a Pain Consultant?? Anywhere in the country, I'm prepared to travel, but preferably south as I'm in Somerset.
