We've finally booked our summer holiday, we're off to De Hann in early August.

It's our first time taking the children abroad and I'm a little nervous!

Has anyone been to this CentreParcs, and if so could you share any tips?

Are there any laundry facilities? It's the one thing I find lacking at the UK CP's. We're going to two weeks I didn't want to bring 14 outfits per person!

Any guidance/tips would be such a help. We're a family of four, two children 4 & 6.

Tia

We went there, but I’m afraid it was some years ago, but was lovely and my DC loved it, near to beaches and local town, which I remember having a funfair, we also went in August. I don’t remember if they had washing machines, but I do remember I got stung for 40 euros as I didn’t take the sheets off the beds when we left. I’d paid more to have beds made up, so assumed it covered when we left. The swimming pool was fantastic, food good, we got an offer to eat 3 times in the restaurant of our choice. Be careful, when we arrived there was a box of games, not free and a box of nibbles/sweets again not free, plus another with cleaning products, so it was all about upselling. Supermarket on site I remember being very good. I also remember a lot of time spent in the play area. We had great weather which also helps. We took the euro tunnel and it only took about 35 minutes to get there. I really can’t remember washing machines in the house, but presume there must have been something.
