Help! Clothes present for 12yr old girl

Help please experienced present buyers for girls.
I need to buy a birthday present for a soon to be 12 hrs old girl. She is quite young for ages but desperately wants to fit in with the other girls her age.
She has asked for summer clothes and I have absolutely no idea what is "cool" for this age girls.
Last year I got her a tracksuit from Amazon which she loved.

Depends where you live and what the other girls are wearing. Mine is 14 now and my niece is 13. In warm weather they wear a lot of denim shorts with vest tops and trainers. Nike pro shorts also very popular and montirex quarter zip tops or just montirex tshirts. Mine wears cargos and also really likes white fox. It massively depends on your area I think

I got dd some combat/cargo trousers from Tesco the other day along with ribbed t shirts (one short sleeved one long) she loves the outfits and came to about £20 in all.
