Recently ive had to remove my uncles dog from his house as he allowed his dogs to breed and he is not a stable person he already has a home full of filth animal waste also his dogs flintch as we suspect he hits them. I reported him to rspca few times but no help. He gave me his pregnant female so he did not afta give her up. As she was pregnant and had litter of 9 my uncle has now returned trying to take pups back afta we have done all work helping the dog. We helped dog through birth feed them buy everything for them and i said id give him value for sale of 1 pup and that id want a pup for myself but now he gone to vets saying he wants them all due to it being his dog who gave birth but he had gave us them and said he wanted his female back. He really isnt able to care for animals never mind pups he abusive dirty and neglectful i wanted them in my name as i will give them to a dogstrust if need be which he would not he wants to keep them all or try get 750 a pup when mixbreed which is impossible i tryed help him but i feel pushed to repirt him again but feel he will win when vets say its his dogs even tho he has neglected them and we done it all.

For everyone’s sake please just give them up to an animal shelter. Neither you nor your uncle sound experienced enough to correctly raise a litter of pups

I don't think she can if they are chipped and in the uncle's name?

OP what did the RSCPA say? Have you called 101 for advice? Animal cruelty is a criminal offence, not sure they would do much but it's worth knowing what the options are. Could you just block your uncle's number and home the puppies without telling him? Are you able to spay the mother without his consent at the vet? Take her to a different vet if you need to?
