Urgent - any nurses know Sidhil hospital beds?

My Dad is currently in one at home. For some reason the base is in the contour mode so it's dipping in the middle where his bottom is - he wants to be flat so he can go on his side but the buttons on the remote aren't working! We can do the 'up' functions on the left but the 'down' buttons on the right of the remote don't do anything apart from the one to lower the head part. Can anyone help? DH is trying to get through to Drs/District nurses.

Have you tried googling the manufacturers? There may be a manual online.

Have you tried the CPR button? That's will at least level it off?

Thank you for replying- the catheter stand was jammed under the lower part of the bed. Ffs! 🙈 All sorted thanks.
