How do I get my trainers white again?

They're just a murky grey colour. Any tips?

Get a sponge and sponge them down.

Alternativejy , buy shoe whitener dry on the shops.

@SnowmanInTheSun non-leather I’d put in the washing machine. Leather I’d second Cif or a product called white rocks that cleans everything.
