Builders - extra on top of invoice?

Currently having work done, about three and a half weeks by the time it's finished.

Builder has been great, other trades equally good, polite, clean, thorough, although only one has done multiple days.

Would you give the builder and the one who has done most a gift at the end or just pay the invoice?

Anybody?

Entirely up to you. They won’t expect anything.

DH is a tradesman and has had cash, a few beers, bottle of wine, chocolates, over the years. But don’t feel like you have to, it’s always been the exception rather than the rule.
