I had a long career in the Local Authority and NHS, left, had kids, became a childminder. I have left that role as children are grown up.
I cannot get an interview for anything. Six months trying. Most of the time I hear nothing back but when I pressed (NHS) I was told it was because I don't have recent relevant experience.
I had a couple of life coach sessions recently life who had no idea that as a Childminder, I had to do exactly the same as a Nursery, but from my own home, they just thought I was like a daytime baby sitter!
Would it be totally wrong to say my last role was :
