Newly single co parenting

What do you do when your ex has the kids. I'm a month in and I get so bored.
Wtf do I do for 48 hours a week.
I don't really have friends as they all fell away over the years, or they live in different countries.

Haven't got any answers but interested in responses. I'm a lone parent and in similar position. One in a blue moon someone will have my DC for a day or overnight. It's intermittent, so unlike your days i don't have any regular or predictable time to plan ahead for. I have no idea what to do with myself when I do get the time and end up wasting it.

My ex won't have the kids so don't have this but if he did I would do all the things that are difficult to do when they are here.

Get a hobby? Join a club?

I'm quite shy/introvert so find that kind of thing very difficult. I have been trying harder to put myself out there.
Hobbies are not an issue as I have many but I'm finding it so hard to pick any up while the house is empty. I suppose I have spent 11 years doing everything with noise and interruption that that's become part of the process. I worked today planting 1000s of seeds but once that was done didn't know what to do. Bath and a drink is all I could come up with....
I decorated the hall, sanded the stairs deep cleaned the downstairs and wet vacked the carpets in the last month...
It's so boring. I miss my kids.
I even joined hinge for something to do but that's shite too.
