So slow. They do the orders as the come in and the 4 staff wander around slowly doing all jobs.

Have one in drinks, one on pizza, one on hotdogs, one on other...or anything.

Feel your pain - spent more time queuing for food than I did walking round the store 🙄

I rarely eat at Costco because I can predict how long the queue will be depending on whether or not I want any of the food.

'I quite fancy a slice of pizza on the way out of Costco today' = massive queue snaking all around the exit bit, that I don't want to join.

'I've already eaten/want something else tonight' = no queue at all.

The weird thing is years and years ago it was really quick. even a long queue moved really fast - we used to comment on it frequently but now it’s sooo slow whichever one you go to. there doesn’t seem to be less staff so it’s either some process that has changed or staff are not now prepared to rush!

Ours has touchscreen on ordering, which means more people can order at once, so there's a constant backlog it seems.
