My Tesco delivery came yesterday so the fridge/freezer, and cupboards, are full, but I don't know what to make🤷‍♀️ totally lacking inspiration.

Tomorrow though, I'm making a chicken tikka, and a butter chicken dish that dd2 prefers 😋 when I have more time in the evening.

Creamy pasta with onions, mushrooms, spinach and some fake bacon for extra protein, topped with parmesan cheese. Salad if anyone wants it.

I made broccoli & cheddar soup for lunch - might have the rest tonight if I fancy it then, or something from the freezer!

DD is cooking. She's having a go at a beef hotpot soup.

I'm making a Thai green chicken curry (paste from a jar) with mange tout and baby corn.

Something involving tofu and noodles. Exact meal tbc once I know if DH will be home early enough for family dinner (so eating kid friendly spice levels) or if I’m cooking twice (in which case we get something a bit spicier/more exciting)
