Hi,

I'm 36 and currently work as an administrator for a really good company the pension and holidays are really good and the company is a great one to work for.

However, I don't feel fulfilled as an administrator and would love to progress into a different role but I haven't been with the company long, I only started in January.

Me and my partner have talked about me quitting my job and going back to college up do a access course then uni to do radiography, we can afford for me not to work I just don't know if it would be the right decision.

I'd have to do my gcses also so it would probably take 6 years before I've qualified so it's a big commitment.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Gemma

What about an accounts role? The company might put you through training with AAT.
