How can I restore my pregnant belly cast?

It's only 5 years old but I love it, it's got a bit damaged and needs reinforcing a bit round the edges and painting white again.
What can I buy to put on it?

It was only a diy one I used at home..

Anyone help please?

If you go on Amazon, you can order something called Mod-Roc, we use it at school. It's what they use to make this.
You cut it into strips, soak in water for about 30 seconds, then you can cover the edges. It dries rock hard in the position you set it.
