Hi,
We booked parking for travel from Stansted at the same time as the flight booking, along with insurance.
We have the flight details and the insurance but no details for the parking. RyanAir online chat have said that yes we did book the parking but they can't tell us about parking. They have referred us to a site for the parking but the number that site gives is for National Coaches, not parking. I dont know what to do...if we turn up at Stansted with no separate parking reference (we do have the whole flight plus parking plus insurance booking reference) will we be able to park? Do we go to long stay or short stay? (booked for 5 days).
Do RyanAir usually provide a separate parking ref?
Any experienced parkers /travellers able to help?
