advice on overcoming PTSD

I have PTSD associated with the entrance to the building where I work. I have had counselling, and have been advised to use a different entrance, but there isn't one. Anyone got anything else I can try before resigning? Thank you

There is absolutely no other way in? Is there a way you can go in but somehow make it different the experience? I don’t know how or what to suggest. Different time?

Are work helping and have any ideas?

They would try anything that might help, I think, but there is other way in to the premises

Emdr? It's said to be really helpful for ptsd.

I hope you find something soon, it sounds really hard.

I'll look into that, thanks

I always tried to use a different entrance (even if it meant walking out in the rain!) though not always possible. I tended to have music, always looking at the floor and never up. I did have trauma focused CBT but that was shit so now awaiting EMDR which is supposed to be more helpful.
