What do you do in this situation?
The Incident Report card says Jacquards with a Stress value above 1 may not be played on this turn, but the only Jacquards I had were ones with Stress Value 3, and I had already swapped once.
It's only the 2nd time we're playing (still finding Co-operative challenging!) so maybe we've missed something in the rules?
