What do you do at the gym ?

I’m fairly new to the gym , been going a month now regularly . I have got into a nice routine - my husband has helped me . I used to just always do cardio - I would just walk / run on the treadmill , do the rowing machine or bike . However - I do want to lose some eight ( about a stone in total I’ve lost half so far but probably put that on over Easter 🤣 ) I’ve been doing Keto too. My husband is doing fat loss but mainly he wants to build muscle . I don’t want to build muscle as in getting bigger But I want to tone .

This is what I’m doing ;

Ab crunch - started with 3 reps of 20 but have now built up to 80-100 , no rest .

weights - I’ll do biceps , arms , leg press . Usually 3 reps of 10-20 . I do drop sets .

Squats with weights - 3 sets of 15 drop sets .

cardio - 20 min bike , 30 min walk ( 12 incline ) , row 2000 m average .

Does this sound decent ? I’m seeing changes and I’m happy but wondering what to do in terms of this and diet when I reach my goal weight and no longer want to lose ?

I’ve never really known what I’m doing I’ve just gone in blind , now I feel like I do but I kind of just wanted to check 🤣

Also in terms of diet I’m going keto - never go over around 20-30g carb max , usually way under I don’t have many carbs . I don’t calorie count , I guess you may call it dirty Keto , but I don’t go overboard with what I eat - I’m eating the right things , i have a lot of protein, fat . It’s definitely doing good as I feel amazing and I am losing I’m also not hungry . I do try to do a 16:8 fast too - this happens naturally when I’m in work and a routine but in half term I’ve been hungrier in the morning so I’ve sometimes had a low carb whey protein shake in the morning . I don’t really snack , it’s just my meals , but if I do want to snack I’ll have things like cheese wrapped in chorizo , chicken ( also pork crunch as I found out they were keto friendly !! ) . But it’s not massive amounts as I’m genuinely not feeling hungry - today has been hard as I ate bad for 2 days , chocolate mainly 🤣 , so my body’s back craving the sugar and carbs !
