Ok so will try and keep it short. I had my tubes clamped in at the start of February this was done while on my period also still had my nexplanon implant. I then had some light spotting at the start of march but nothing like a normal period. I have had my nexplanon removed now for near 3 weeks. Me and my partner have been having a lot of sex but still haven't had a period. Is this normal or should I be worried. I'm 34 years old and a family member said it could be my body getting ready for the changes of menopause.

I think the first step would be a pregnancy test. Have you done one?

I got my nexplanon out a couple of years ago, my first cycle was 56 days, it took about 5 cycles for them to regulate again. I was raging because I took it out to conceive and everything I read said you were fertile straight away but to wait one cycle before trying to conceive, if I'd realised I'd have got it out sooner and used condoms for 6 months
