Lichen sclerosus or .......?

I was told a long time ago that I have lichen sclerosus but at that point it only affected an area of skin on my upper chest. A biopsy wasn't taken because the consultant felt the scar wouldn't be worth the biopsy being done.
In more recent years, I've developed some shiny white patches on my genitals.
Around a month ago, I noticed an area that was white, but was raised and looked grainy in texture. It's not itchy or painful.
Would you think it's also LS or something else?

I had lichen sclerosus that started on my torso and now is on my genitals. I'd get it checked out though - I had a biopsy taken from my genitals and recommended I use a barrier cream in the shower and a regular steroid cream to prevent flare ups. The patch on my torso never caused any issues, but the more flare ups you have the more it increases your (still very small) risk of cancer.

Thanks, @Hobbes8. It just feels like I'm having some form of medical appointment every week at the moment (I have several health issues). It's interesting that yours started elsewhere too.
