Books that changed your world view and why

I've read a couple of books recently that have changed my view / behaviours in a few ways and wondering if others had books that similarly expanded their views / changed behaviours they could recommend?

I really just came across these by fluke.

Mine are:
Ultra Processed People - recommended in a Facebook group, totally blew my mind about the substances that are added to food, I feel like I knew this once but forgot it, very hard to unknow it once I've read it in print backed up by science, and since then I've cut out cheap bread in favour of less bread and other forms of carbs, and generally eat less rubbish snacks.

Why We Sleep - totally what I needed to read as my sleep was getting very disordered and I'm now sleeping 7 hours minimum a night. Genuinely noticed my recall / mood / mental wellbeing has improved significantly. Listened on Spotify (it's included in Premium) and was well worth it. Mainly has scared me into sleeping more but in all seriousness there are a few good tips and surprising bits of information about things we think help but don't and the whole science around sleep that reinforces why it's a good thing.

On the lookout for similar books that might nudge me to better behaviours- would like to know what other recommend.
