Just a rant really.
Ds has been at his dad's this weekend. He lives with his mum. Ds has a hole in his tooth . Not good I know. He has been in a bit of pain. Its been the sort of pain that if he brushes his teeth rinces with mouth wash it gos away. Ex gives calpol as soon as ds says ouch and again 4hrs later even though there was no pain . Anyway not the end of the world... we went to dentist and they said they don't take kids teeth out anymore unless they really have to. Just give calpol .
Anyway ex and his mum have been slagging me of saying I Need to make sure ds brushes his teeth (he does) I have to take him dentist (he's been) that I don't look after the kids properly etc . I can't remember what more was said but it was a slag me off session . They always slag of My other children as well .
Their dad has never done any parenting. He's never cooked a meal for them. He's never looked after them when ill. He's never taken them dentist or gp. Or school never washed their clothes. Tells ds he's not austic even though he's diagnosed. He never ever says no to them .they can have what every sweets/cakes etc they want he constantly takes them out places all the time. Not that he shouldn't sure kids love it. Just fed of the I'm the perfect parent BS.
My self I only take them out sometimes. Probably not as often as I should if I'm honest and I can't compete against Disney dad anyway.
