HAPPY EASTER! What's your plans today?

DCs already eaten their body weight in Eggs, currently watching a Movie under quilts on the Sofa.

No big plans here today, DM & DF are putting on an Egg Hunt for the DCs with a late Brunch for us all.

Off to Sunnier climates tomorrow so this Evening will probably be spent packing last minute bits!

How's everyone else's day looking?

We’re all still in bed…

Almost 5pm here, just waiting for it to cool down a bit to walk the dog.
Been a quiet day really, a bit of washing, a bit of chocolate, a nap, cuddles with the dog and cat.

Children 4 & 6 have both been up since 6:40 hunting for eggs all over the house and garden. They have found them all. We have all got ready then we read some Peter rabbit books. Currently drinking another coffee whilst my little one watches his iPad. Plans for later is to cook a yummy roast beef dinner, eat chocolate and relax!

DD9 has done her egg hunt and is having a chocolate heavy breakfast in front of the TV. Beautiful sunny day here so far so we're going to walk to my parents this afternoon where no doubt more chocolate will be consumed by DD and she'll probably want to "help" Grandad in the garden. I'm saving my egg to eat later possibly with a nice glass of something 😋

Easter egg hunt completed this morning. Everyone's had chocolate and a nice cup of tea/coffee for breakfast.

Plans for the rest of the day are:

• Eat chocolate.
• Have a tidy up and potter round whilst dh makes a big roast. Dc milling around amusing themselves.
• Eat the roast. Possibly followed by chocolate.
• Give ourselves an hour for digestion then off out to walk the dog in a nice Country park.
• Back home to eat chocolate.

Myself and sister ( both divorced and single) are going to one of our other sisters and brother in laws for Easter buffet.. there will be neices there and great neices and nephews...
We have fun.
Tonight l will watch telly and eat Choc.

So far have done the ironing and put it away, an hour or so’s gardening tidying up the back borders, prepped everything for dinner and am having a hot cross bun and coffee before I do anything else.
It was sunny but the clouds are piling in and it’s chilly.

We did an egg hunt for DS2 (18) as he still wanted one

Now on a train to Birmingham for a night out
