How to make the next 2 days good

I have been off work since Thursday and it's been so tough. My 3 Y/O whose behaviour is difficult to manage at the best of times has been a bit unwell so its been a real struggle. He has screamed at 99% of my suggestions/instructions, kicked me in the face and ran off from me into the road. We've tried to get out walking short distances, watch a couple of films but I feel so depressed. My DP is now off until Tuesday but he has been grumpy and tired today. Any ideas on how to make the next couple of days better?

Alcohol. It’s the only way through at that age.

Walk to park/ducks, stop at cafe?

Can you visit family? Soft play if 3yo doesn’t have a fever or D&V? Would he enjoy an Easter egg hunt at home?

Lol. It's the only way through at most ages! 😂

Make a tent, fill with pillows/blankets/lights and give him a few books or ipad or colours & paper -whatever occupies him.

Take him a short walk with something as a distraction/purpose - you can download lists of fun things to find on the walk or make your own. Maybe signs of spring checklist - flowers ✔️ baby ducks ✔️ etc and let him check them all off.

Simple 'baking' if he got easter eggs, make rice krispie buns.

And nothing wrong with letting him watch some movies with a blanket & snacks.

Also tell grumpy tired husband to cut the bullshit - you both parents so he can get involved too and you can take turns with little activities

Get out the House OP, into the Car and off for a Walk / somewhere that you can sit outside for Hot chocolate and a cake! Do you have any NT sites by that are doing Easter trails? I have a high maintenance 3 Year old, on the days the walls are closing in I have to take him out for lots of fresh air!
