Leg of lamb - air fryer, slow cooker or oven?

It's been so long since I've cooked one and I want it to be really nice!

What's your top tips for cooking one?

I do the Tom Kerridge recipe for slow roast lamb with boulangerie potatoes underneath it. Sorry, don't know how to link.

Do you have a big cast upon pot with a lid? If so, cookk it in that. On hot with lid off for 30 minutes then lid on and reduce the temperature. Stud it with fresh rosemary snd maybe some garlic......drool
