Could I please have your easy Easter dessert recipes? Our friend is hosting us for dinner and I've offered to do dessert, so needs to be something I can make in advance. Also needs to be egg-free!

Summer pudding. Can be made day before and super easy to travel and serve

Thanks! Brioche has egg in it, so the summer pudding wouldn't work but it does look delicious. The Easter egg cheesecake looks great, might try it!

You can also do summer pudding with just white slice bread

Easy lemon cheesecake. Just digestive biscuits (or a mix of digestive and ginger) butter, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemons! You can jazz it up with some whipped cream and lemon curd swirled on the top if you feel like it.

Meringue made with aquafaba (chickpea water) topped with cream and raspberries - and mini eggs if you like!

Rhubarb Eton Mess. Stew rhubarb with some vanilla and mix with whipped double cream and a splodge of yoghurt and broken up meringues. I like it with ginger biscuits as a garnish

Traditional fruit crumble, easily made vegan too.

Lemon posset with raspberries on top and (fancy, shop bought) shortbread on the side is very easy and incredibly delicious

I'm making a key lime pie (Nigella's Chocolate Key Lime Pie).

@DilemmaDelilah lemon curd has butter, sugar, lemon and eggs. It's basically a sort of custard.

Be careful of lemon curd as that contains egg too

I'm doing a variation on Eton mess served in half an Easter egg. You'd have to use vegan meringues.

I’m making strawberry shortcake, you can easily assemble it once you arrive.
With whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

I'm doing a mango and passionfruit cheesecake ( merry Berry recipe). It's quick to do and always turns out well.

As @Mywholelifeisgrief says - lemon curd contains eggs. Don't use that for non-egg eaters! The lemon cheesecake is quite delicious without it!

Thanks for all the lovely ideas! I think I'm going to do a rhubarb crumble as I haven't had one for ages, but will save the other recipes for next time.
