Whats your beef?

Has anyone tried making their own beef stock for gravy amd was it worth it? I currently have a bag of beef bones in the oven and am regretting my life choices right now

I thought you meant in general. I was going to add the delay on the washing machine before it lets me open it and not automatically selecting 1600 spin, so I have to press the button 8 times! 😡

Beef stock...no idea! I usually cook the meat, then add gravy granules to the stock water.
