Ginger tea bags - any recommendations?

As an IBS sufferer I mostly use Ginger tea bags (just plain ginger, nothing else added) - I used to buy the Palanquin Ginger Herbal Tea Bags (no caffeine in them of course) but can't find them any more.

Can anyone suggest a good alternative please? Must be caffeine free.

Look in the asian section in supermarket. Ginger tea bags there. Much cheaper than brands.

Or fresh ginger in a pan of boiling water. Boil for a bit. Use this water to make your tea.

ive also used stem ginger in jars in the same way. Don’t know if that’s ok with your ibs.

There’s just a ginger one too. I guess it depends if your supermarket has a good ethnic section. Or try an asian supermarket.
